Quality & material recovery

Quality begins before garnetting.

Input selection, category separation and clean white material are central to the strength, appearance and processing performance we aim to deliver.

Quality pillars

Three priorities guide our material decisions.

Strength potential

High-tenacity tire cord and filament waste is selected to support useful strength in recovered fibre.

Whiteness & brightness

Good white input material helps support clean-looking fibre and brighter downstream yarn.

Dye response

Separated material handling helps reduce foreign-material variation during category-appropriate dyeing.

Material acceptance

What supports a better recovered-fibre outcome.

Preferred incoming material

  • Clearly identified polymer category
  • HT tire cord or filament yarn waste
  • Clean, dry and predominantly white
  • Consistent form and regular quantity
  • Traceable source and honest disclosure

Material requiring review

  • Mixed or unidentified polymers
  • Heavy oil, moisture or chemical contamination
  • Mixed colours without prior disclosure
  • Metal, rubber or foreign material
  • Inconsistent material supplied as one grade

Practical inspection

Confirm the right material before scale.

Finished fibre is reviewed for opening, softness, appearance, visible contamination, neps and general processing consistency.

We recommend agreeing the requirement, reviewing available material, conducting sample or trial validation where appropriate, and documenting commercial specifications before repeat supply.

Discuss Quality Requirements

Quality starts with clear specifications on both sides.
